Refund & Return Policy for Candy Grape SLC

1. Food Item Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales on candy-coated fruit are final. However, we stand by our quality and customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item received, damage during pickup or delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Resolutions may include:

A replacement of the product

Store credit for a future purchase
We do not accept returns on food items once they have been picked up or delivered.
2. Clothing & Merchandise Returns
We accept returns on non-food items, such as clothing and merchandise, within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With original tags and packaging (if applicable)

3. Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible merchandise returns will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on food items.

For clothing or merchandise, you may return an item and place a new order for a different size or style.
