How do I order?
Order right on our website, or DM us on Instagram @candygrapeslc, whichever's easiest for you. Regular flavors follow our weekly drop schedule; custom trays can be requested any time through the Custom Orders section of the site.
Do you ship, or is it pickup/delivery only?
We're a local Salt Lake City business, so we don't ship. You can choose pickup at our confirmed SLC location or local delivery within the SLC area at checkout.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Regular weekly-drop flavors are ready on that week's scheduled drop date, check the site or our Instagram for the current week. Custom trays need at least 48-72 hours notice so we have time to source ingredients and hand-dip everything fresh.
Do you take rush orders?
Sometimes! Message us on Instagram and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
What's in the candy shell? Any allergens?
Our classic candy coating recipe doesn't contain nuts or dairy. That said, some of the specialty toppings and candies we use for certain flavors are sourced from other companies and may contain nuts, gluten, or dairy. If you have a food allergy, message us before ordering and we'll walk you through exactly what's in your flavor.
How should I store my candy grapes?
Keep them in the freezer or fridge until you're ready to eat; they're a frozen fruit treat and taste best cold. They're best enjoyed within a few days of pickup or delivery.
Can I customize a tray for a party or event?
Yes! Head to the Custom Orders section on our homepage. Themed trays for birthdays, showers, and parties start at $100-150 and are built around your colors and flavors. A 50% deposit holds your date.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll remake your order or refund you, your choice. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund. After that window, we've likely already started prepping your order, so refunds aren't guaranteed.
