Shipping policy

Candy Grape SLC is a local Salt Lake City business. We don't ship nationwide, but we've got you covered with pickup and local delivery.

 

Pickup

Pickup is available at our confirmed SLC location once your order is ready. You'll get pickup details, including the exact time window, after you order. Please be on time; we make everything fresh and in small batches around your pickup slot.

 

Local Delivery

We hand-deliver within the Salt Lake City area. Enter your address at checkout and we'll confirm whether you're in our delivery zone. If you're outside our current range, we'll reach out to arrange pickup instead.

 

Order Timing

Regular weekly-drop flavors are prepped for the scheduled drop window each week; check the site or our Instagram @candygrapeslc for that week's date. Custom trays need at least 48-72 hours notice so we can source ingredients and prep your order properly. Rush requests are sometimes possible, just message us to ask.

 

Day-Of

We'll confirm your pickup or delivery window by message before your order date. Since everything is handmade fresh, exact timing can shift by a bit; we'll keep you posted if that happens.
