Welcome to Candy Grape SLC. By ordering from our website or placing an order through Instagram, you agree to the following terms.

 

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout, except custom orders which require a 50% deposit to confirm the date, with the remaining balance due at pickup or delivery. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you're charged at checkout is final.

 

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to limit or decline any order, including for reasons like ingredient availability, delivery area limits, or scheduling conflicts. If we can't fulfill your order, you'll receive a full refund.

 

Product Availability

Flavors and availability change weekly and are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Photos on our site and Instagram are representative; natural variation in color, size, and coating pattern is normal and expected with handmade treats.

 

Pickup & Delivery

You're responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery details and being available at the scheduled time. See our Delivery & Pickup Policy for details.

 

Allergens

Our classic candy coating recipe doesn't contain nuts or dairy, but toppings and specialty candies we source from other companies may contain nuts, gluten, or dairy. Please review our Allergen info on the FAQ page or ask us before ordering if you have a food allergy.

 

Limitation of Liability

Candy Grape SLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
