Refund policy
All Candy Grape SLC treats are made fresh to order and handled as perishable food, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind every batch. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll remake your order or issue a full refund, your choice.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after that window may not be eligible for a refund, since ingredients are already prepped for your order.
Custom Orders
Custom trays require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date once your order is confirmed. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 72 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date.
